Testimonials

“I absolutely loved the course and so much of the course is relevant to what we are seeing is needed and, quite frankly, wanted in our organization (A large-scale level-one trauma hospital organization).

We have already begun to implement the accountability model into some of our teachings and looking at how we can align the rest of the organization along the same path using the same model. ”

Her incorporation of neuroscience to explain our emotional reactions really resonated, and better yet, she provided us with tools that we can easily implement in the workplace to improve our relationships with our teams. “This course has really has changed the way folks who have viewed it handle accountability.

For years, leaders and those of us in learning and leadership development have been trying to unpack the thorny subject of Accountability. Most times we think of Accountability as a backward-facing conversation:

    • ‘What went wrong?’
    • ‘How could we have avoided that outcome?’
    • ‘Who didn’t do what was expected?’

With the Inspiring Accountability Model, Elaina Noell has created a model that flips the script. Inspiring Accountability helps leaders and team members have the right conversations ahead of time, set clear expectations, understand potential obstacles, and explore the best options. Inspiring Accountability ensures that leaders and team members can only experience success.
A colleague of mine, a technology executive in healthcare, has told me that Inspiring Accountability has ensured successful implementation of their projects, and supported greater engagement on their team.”

I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to change their teams' view on and effectiveness with accountability.”
